My gift of telepathy

Hello there!  Well I've been mighty busy since St Paddy's day, when we celebrated with shiney green donuts at work (the olive coloured ones were "leprechaun balls"):

I can't quite remember all else that's happened, except that I did finally go for a lovely stroll at sunset around my new neighbourhood, where I talked to a couple of centipedes, a flying bug, some dogs and spiders and magpies and the like.  I've taken to communicating telepathically with animals.  Unfortunately they can't hear what I'm saying, or perhaps it's just that I can't hear what they say back.  I guess I'm not very good at telepathy.  But it's fun to make a go of it : )   And I look less crazy than if I was talking out loud to them.

I also went to Canbra again...

And I saw a rainbow from the plane:

Now, I think I will go and line up in George St, Sydney, for the iPad 3.  I know there's been a line there for two days, of people eager to buy the iPad two.  But I just really want to be the FIRST in line for the iPad three.  I wonder what the shop assistants would say if I was waiting in tonight's queue and then when I got to the front and they tried to sell me an iPad 2 and I said, "oh, no, you misunderstand - I'm actually lining up for the iPad three."

The reason I want to be first in line for the iPad 3 is that I want to be on the evening news on EVERY bloody CHANNEL for being at the front of the line...  But seriously, will news coverage go on like this for years to come, making a big deal out of these new versions of things and the people who queue?  Surely we'd all rather see stories about dogs who identify illnesses in their owners, or cats in nursing homes that bring joy to the residents.  I might even line up over night to see such cats and dogs.  Especially if they could communicate telepathically with me.

Anyway, the weekend is upon us and I feel happy that I can sleep in tomorrow because I've had 5am starts the last 2 days.  I know, you mums don't care that I have suffered these early starts on only 2 days!

Enjoy your day!
Love
Linda
