More about purple trees

Big kisses to my Canadian and Irish friends reading this blog!  You will probably not be aware that in Australia right now it is the month of Movember.  This is the month where men grow moustaches to raise funds for mens' health programs.  At any gathering of people in Sydney, you will find an unusually high proportion of men with Mo's.  Hence Mo-vember.

WELL, yesterday I read a letter to the newspaper which said that the writer calls this time of year Mauvember because of all the Jacaranda trees around Sydney.  Cute!
